1. Product Condition: The item must be returned unused to qualify for a refund. If the product is returned in a damaged condition, a refund will not be issued.
2. Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging with the product still inside its original packaging.
3. Proof Requirement: Refunds will not be processed without proper photographic proof of shipping damage. Proof must be sent to info@samonelovett.com with order number as the subject.
